I work to cultivate a warm, safe, and open therapeutic environment where you are free to be your authentic self. I am passionate about helping my clients understand themselves at a deeper level, navigate challenges they are facing, and encourage them to reach their fullest potential through the work we do together. I believe that the foundation of therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship and so I endeavor to forge strong connections with my clients in a way where they feel seen and valued for who they are.  

I use a variety of therapy approaches based on individual needs and preferences including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), art therapy, sand tray, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, play therapy, and person-centered therapy. My goal is to provide you with a space that feels welcoming and where your unique lived experiences feel validated. I take a neurodivergent affirming approach when working with neurodivergent clients and I have experience working with both kids and teenagers with ADHD, autism, along with adults that face challenges with executive functioning skills. I enjoy using creativity, play, and art in my work with the kids and teens I see.  

I work with clients on a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, body image issues, emotional regulation difficulties, anger, divorce/relationship issues, self-esteem, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples.
