We partner with our neurodiverse community to provide trauma-informed and strengths-based counseling services.
We partner with our neurodiverse community to provide trauma-informed and strengths-based counseling services.
Our therapists provide integrative, evidence-based, and expressive counseling within a neurodiversity-affirming and queer-affirming framework. We believe therapy should honor each person’s lived experience, identity, and neurotype—helping clients build insight, flexibility, and self-compassion rather than conformity.
Our clinicians draw from a wide range of modalities, including:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to cultivate psychological flexibility and values-based action
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, anxiety, and distressing experiences
Art and Expressive Therapies to support creative and nonverbal emotional processing
Somatic and Mindfulness-Based Practices to deepen self-awareness and grounding
Polyvagal- and Parts-Informed Work to foster internal safety and self-understanding
We help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, anger, self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship patterns, and emotional regulation, always centering authenticity and acceptance.
Family counseling focuses on building connection, understanding, and communication across neurotypes, identities, and life stages.
Our approach integrates the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic and attachment-based frameworks to strengthen relationships and repair ruptures.
We work with all family structures—including neurodivergent, queer, blended, and chosen families—to help members connect in meaningful and sustainable ways.
When working with children and teens, our therapists use developmentally appropriate, play-based, and sensory-informed approaches.
Our team includes Play Therapists, Sandtray Therapists, and clinicians trained in Expressive Arts and EMDR for children and adolescents.
These approaches help young clients explore emotions, develop self-regulation skills, and build confidence in a way that feels safe, engaging, and respectful of their individuality.
We offer Neurodivergent-Affirming Groups for teens and adults designed to promote connection, community, and belonging.
Group topics often include:
Identity and unmasking
Emotional regulation and burnout recovery
Boundaries, relationships, and communication
Sensory strategies and self-advocacy
Groups provide a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences and to learn practical, affirming tools for navigating daily life.
