If you are reading this, it sucks, it’s tough, and there is something we can do about it. It is horrible to feel like emotions and thoughts are running your life. You want to find an effective way to cope. So you can stop exploding, feelingdepressed, or using substances. You want to start living life with purpose, joy, and connection to those important to you. It is time for you to take back control and to stop having trauma, emotions, and negative thoughts control you. It is time for you to reclaim the life you want. You want to develop the insight as to why you do what you do and learn coping skills to master your problems.

The foundation of therapy must be built in a judgment-free, trusting, and comfortable setting. Using this foundation, let’s develop a connection that will enable your healing process. Therapy is a conversation that enables you to achieve whatever your solutions are to the challenges life presents. Starting therapy takes courage. You are worth it.

Experience as a first responder and with Veterans enables me to deeply understand the unique mental health needs of these backgrounds. My approach on your journey will utilize proven treatment methods while balancing your unique needs. I look forward to having a genuine connection with you as we work towards improving your life
