Individual Counseling
Individual counseling primarily emphasizes psychological flexibility using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) by developing an open, centered, and engaged response style. ACT is often helpful for anxiety, depression, anger, stress, self-confidence, and emotional regulation.
Family Counseling
Family counseling emphasizes building healthy relationships through communication and mutual support. Family therapy emphasizes Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Career Counseling
Career counseling identifies values, interests, skills, and strengths through assessment to match an individual to a meaningful and valued work environment. Career counseling emphasizes Positive Psychology.
Parental Consultation
Parent training emphasizes mindful parenting, brain-body parenting, and emotion coaching to promote a warm and harmonious home environment.
Special Education Consultation
Special education consultation reviews your current individualized education plan (IEP) or 504 plan and makes recommendations to improve the education environment.
Employee Assistance Program
We are contracted with Compsych, the largest employee assistance provider (EAP) in the world.
Group Counseling
We offer Neurodivergent-Affirming groups for teens and adults.
Payment
We require a credit card to be kept on file to process payments. Our integrated and secure system uses Stripe, which can accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.
Insurance
Most of our clinicians are in-network with BCBS, Cigna, UHC/Optum, Triwest, and Aetna plans. You may waive your right to use insurance benefits if you prefer.
Out-of-Network Benefits
We will provide you with a superbill if you would like to use out-of-network benefits. Please review your rights to a good faith estimate for healthcare costs. pursuant of the No Surprise Act for additional information
