A world directed toward the neuronormative can be a place of uncertainty and ambiguity, but I’m here to walk alongside you on your path toward your goals. As a mental health counselor, I am passionate about helping people understand their thoughts, worldviews, and how they fit into this world. Gaining insight and self-awareness into present issues can help bring people to a place of greater self-understanding and self-love.

My academic and research pursuits, along with my valuable interactions with individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, have greatly broadened my understanding of mental health's complex landscape. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for each individual's resilience and unique experiences. They have also guided me in developing personalized and empathetic approaches, recognizing the distinct needs and strengths of each person I work with

As a holistic, person-centered counselor, I aim to ensure that your thoughts, feelings, and views are cared for and carefully considered during counseling. I use several approaches to best fit your needs, including CBT, ACT, RT, and solution-focused therapies. My focus is mainly on areas of stress management, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, life transitions & adjustments.

Outside of my role as a counselor, I enjoy playing the electric guitar, being creative with technology, and working hands-on on the mechanics and detailing of cars. I am an animal lover and have a senior dog and kitten by my side. I believe in a life of balancing work and leisure and having an appreciation for each day.

If you’d like to speak with me, please reach out for a 15-minute phone consultation. Let’s explore your needs and see how we can work together to accomplish your goals.
