Neurodiverse Counseling Services was established to support and advocate for divergent minds. We are a team of counseling professionals, advocates, and allies who believe that meaningful change begins with curiosity, critical reflection, and a willingness to question assumptions.

Our mission is to provide neurodiversity-affirming mental health care while fostering an environment where clients and clinicians can thrive. We strive to meet every person with unconditional respect, genuine curiosity, and appreciation for their unique experiences. We recognize that we are always learning, and we value growth through collaboration with one another and with the communities we serve.

We also understand the challenges many clinicians face in today's mental health system. Unrealistic productivity expectations, excessive administrative work, and inefficient processes contribute to burnout and take valuable time away from client care.

Our group provides

• Individual consultation to support your professional development

• Bi-weekly group consultation and case collaboration

• Training in documentation that meets medical necessity and insurance requirements

• Continuing education in neurodiversity-affirming practice and other specialty areas

• Access to an extensive referral network across Arizona

• Flexible scheduling that supports autonomy and work-life balance

Positions

• Clinician

  • Independently Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

  • W2 Wage: $70 per billable hour (no productivity requirement)

  • Benefits with 15.0 weekly productivity hours

  • Health insurance (BCBS EverydayHealth HMO Silver 5000 default plan)

  • Dental (Guardian 1500 with Child Ortho (UCR))

  • Vision (Guardian 20/20/150, 12/24)

  • Short-term Disability (60% Weekly Income up to $1,500)

  • Life Insurance ($100,000 policy through Principal)

• Associate Clinician

  • Associate License (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT).

  • W2 Wage: $60 per billable hour (no productivity requirement)

  • Benefits with 15.0 weekly productivity hours

  • Health insurance (BCBS EverydayHealth HMO Silver 5000 default plan)

  • Dental (Guardian 1500 with Child Ortho (UCR))

  • Vision (Guardian 20/20/150, 12/24)

• Internship

  • W2 Wage: $40 per billable hour (no productivity requirement)
