Join our Team

Neurodiverse Counseling Services was established to support and advocate for divergent minds. We are a team of counseling professionals, advocates, and allies who believe that meaningful change begins with curiosity, critical reflection, and a willingness to question assumptions.

Our mission is to provide neurodiversity-affirming mental health care while fostering an environment where clients and clinicians can thrive. We strive to meet every person with unconditional respect, genuine curiosity, and appreciation for their unique experiences. We recognize that we are always learning, and we value growth through collaboration with one another and with the communities we serve.

We also understand the challenges many clinicians face in today's mental health system. Unrealistic productivity expectations, excessive administrative work, and inefficient processes contribute to burnout and take valuable time away from client care.

Whether you're early in your career or an experienced clinician looking for a practice that aligns with your values, we're committed to supporting your professional growth while expanding access to neurodiversity-affirming care throughout Arizona.
