Kayleigh Labbe, LAC

Imagine that the constant overthinking, self-doubt, and feeling “on edge” weren’t signs that something is wrong with you, but signs that your nervous system has been working overtime to protect you? Anxiety, trauma, depression, and chronic stress can leave the mind and body stuck in survival mode, making it difficult to feel calm, connected, or confident. Together, we can explore the experiences shaping these patterns, better understand your nervous system, and build practical tools that help you feel more grounded, balanced, and compassionate toward yourself.

I work with neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed person-centered approach, I incorporate psychoeducation, DBT, CBT, CPT, ACT, mindfulness, positive psychology, and solution-focused strategies to support each client’s unique needs, growth, and healing.

Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge can be exhausting especially when it feels like you’re carrying it alone. You deserve a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe to heal at your own pace. My goal is to provide a supportive space while helping you develop practical tools that foster resilience, confidence, and understanding.
