Lindsay Guilfoil, LCSW

Pronouns: She/her/hers

Our lives are so many things; an incredible gift, the space where moments string together to form our experiences, and sometimes...it can be really, really hard. We are constantly being told what we “should” be doing, what our goals “should” be, and what our relationships “should” look and feel like. But what do you want? What matters to you, and how can you build a meaningful, purposeful life that gives you deep satisfaction? I would love the opportunity to partner with you in identifying what’s most important to you, addressing each barrier, and building the kind of life you want so you can get back to the business of living.

As a therapist, I approach each person with curiosity, genuine concern, zero judgement, and a collaborative spirit. After four years of advocacy with the neurodivergent community (autism spectrum disorder with both children and adults) and three years of therapeutic experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions and others, I use a combination of evidence-based therapies to meet you exactly where you are. Let’s figure out what’s making you feel stuck, depressed, fearful or anxious. Let’s work together to learn new ways of coping with these feelings, strengthen the most important voice in your life (your own), and get traction and relief one step at a time.

I know we haven’t met yet, but I’m proud of you. Considering therapy as a way to heal and build a better life takes courage, and you’ve already done it. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
