With over a decade of experience in the mental and behavioral health sector, I have cultivated a rich background across diverse settings—ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals and intensive outpatient treatment centers to residential treatment programs and comprehensive case management. My journey has allowed me to serve in both hands-on care and leadership roles, providing me with a holistic view of the challenges and triumphs faced by those I work with.
I take great pride in my work with neurodivergent individuals and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds, belief systems, and walks of life. I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults between the ages of 12 and 25 and tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs.
My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed framework, enriched by my expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, and Family Systems theory. My approach aims to ensure that we can set and achieve your treatment goals together, unlocking your true potential along the way. My experience with autistic people has reinforced my belief in the uniqueness of each person’s journey and the untapped potential within.
