Miranda Lewis, LPC

Do you feel like your anxiety is so intense that it’s making your decisions for you? Are intrusive thoughts and compulsions making you question your character or making your world feel unsafe? It’s hard to keep up with daily life when anxiety and intrusive thoughts make every decision feel paralyzing. Keeping up with work, family, friends, and the things that bring you joy starts to feel tiring or impossible to achieve. If these words resonate with you, I see you and I’m here to help. I can help you work through the challenges you are facing and help you feel that hope and change exist for you.

I specialize in OCD and challenges rooted in anxiety. My other areas of clinical focus include grief, depression, chronic stress, low self-confidence, and perfectionism. Using a therapeutic approach including ERP, ACT, and CBT my goal is to personalize your therapy experience to meet your individual needs so you feel heard and supported throughout your process of healing.

Together we can create a plan to help increase your tolerance for discomfort and embrace the calmness of your mind and body. I am passionate about helping adults of all ages overcome the fears they feel are getting in their way. I can help you put down the beliefs that no longer serve you by allowing your true character to guide your decisions. When you’re ready, reach out today to get started.
