Rachel Sinex, LAC Intern

I welcome the opportunity to work with adults and adolescents navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, body dissatisfaction, disordered eating, stress/burnout, and life transitions. My passion for counseling stems from a belief that individuals thrive when they have a supportive environment from which to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. I will help you slow down, reflect on what matters most, and progress strategically towards your goals.

I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities, including CBT and ACT, which I will tailor to your unique experiences and needs. You can expect a counseling experience that invites curiosity and contemplation - much like conversing over a warm cup of tea. Developing a working partnership where you feel understood, supported, and challenged is my priority.

I would love to walk alongside you as you work towards wellness. If you feel my approach may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. I am also available to answer any questions you may have.
